Housing Market Agent Network

Real estate professionals, across the Housing Market Group network

Housing Market Agent Network gives businesses structured access to real estate agents and brokerages that hold an account in the Housing Market Group ecosystem — organised by country and city, so you can identify potential partners, distribution channels and industry contacts in the markets you care about.

The network is in build. Access is granted by request while the first markets are prepared.

34 country portals. One professional network. Opening market by market.

The real estate professional network

Find the right real estate professionals in the right markets

Finding reliable real estate agents and brokerages across international markets is slow work. The information is spread across thousands of individual brokerage websites, in a dozen languages, in no common structure.

Housing Market Agent Network brings the professionals who hold a Housing Market account into one searchable place. Whether you are entering a new country, looking for local partners, or building distribution for a real estate product, it is built to shorten the research.

Coverage

One network, built across 34 country real estate portals

Housing Market Group operates 34 country real estate portals. Housing Market Agent Network is being opened across that footprint rather than everywhere at once: a market is offered when its professional records have been reviewed, not when its portal exists.

That order matters. A market listed before its records are ready would return results that look authoritative and are not, which is worse for your research than an honest gap.

What “verified” means here

Account confirmation, described precisely

Housing Market Group records two confirmations against a professional account: whether the email address on it has been confirmed, and whether the mobile number has. Where a record carries those confirmations, the network shows them and says which one it is.

It is worth being exact about what that is not. Housing Market Group does not verify real estate licences with a regulator, does not run criminal background or financial checks, and does not certify professional qualifications. A confirmation indicator on this network means the account holder proved control of a contact address — nothing more, and it should not be read as anything more.

What a network record may carry

Availability varies by market, by account and by what the account holder has permitted. Where a record does not carry a field, it is left out rather than filled in.

  • Professional name
  • Brokerage or company, as given on the account
  • Country
  • City, where the account records one
  • Professional profile text
  • Stated service area
  • Account confirmation indicators
  • Housing Market portal profile link
  • Contact routes, where the account holder has permitted them

Data freshness

Designed to refresh once a dayPlanned

Professional information moves constantly. Agents change firms, brokerages open and close offices, accounts go quiet. A directory that is right on the day it is built and never again is not worth searching.

So the network is designed around a once-daily synchronisation from the Housing Market Group systems: read the current account state, refresh what has changed, withdraw records that are no longer eligible, and record what the run did. That synchronisation is designed and not yet running, which is why this section carries a planned label rather than a promise.

Search by country

Start at the market levelPlanned

Choose a country and see the agents and brokerages available within it. This is the first move for most of the work the network is built for.

  • Entering a new real estate market
  • Building international partnerships
  • Recruiting local distribution partners
  • Introducing software or services
  • Promoting property developments
  • Building referral networks
  • Finding local market expertise

Search by city

Then narrow to the local marketPlanned

Real estate is local, and a country is rarely the unit anyone actually works in. Where an account records a city, the network narrows to it — Thailand down to Bangkok or Phuket, Germany down to Berlin.

City coverage follows the data rather than the map: a city appears when accounts in it carry a usable location, and the search says so when one does not.

Who the network is for

Built for businesses that need real estate distribution

  • Property developers

Identify agents and brokerages that may help market and distribute residential or commercial developments.

  • Real estate technology companies

Find potential users, partners and distribution routes for a PropTech product.

  • Real estate service providers

Reach professionals working in mortgages, insurance, legal services, relocation, property management and marketing.

  • International brokerages

Discover potential partner agents in markets where your firm has no local office.

  • Investment companies

Identify local professionals who understand a specific property market.

  • Real estate platforms

Build partnerships with established professionals operating in relevant markets.

  • Recruitment and business development

Research agent and brokerage markets before starting local outreach.

For property developers

Build an international agent distribution network

Selling a development internationally usually means relationships with agents in several markets at once, and most developers start that from nothing.

Housing Market Agent Network is built to give you a starting point instead: professionals already participating in the Housing Market ecosystem, organised by the market you are selling into.

  • Residential developments
  • Condominiums and villas
  • Investment properties
  • New developments
  • International property projects
  • Commercial projects

For PropTech companies

Reach the professionals your product was built for

If you build software for the real estate industry, finding qualified potential users in a market you do not already know is one of the harder growth problems.

The network is built to let you identify professionals by country and city, so market research and early outreach start from a structured list rather than a search engine.

  • CRM and agent productivity software
  • Listing and transaction technology
  • Marketing and lead-generation platforms
  • Property data products
  • Website technology
  • Developer platforms

For international real estate businesses

Find local expertise without building everything locally

International property businesses regularly need someone reliable in a market where they keep no office. The network is built to help identify agents and brokerages operating in those places.

  • International referrals
  • Co-brokerage opportunities
  • Local market research
  • Buyer and seller representation
  • Development distribution
  • Business expansion

How it works

Four steps, once a market is open

  1. Choose your market

Select one of the Housing Market countries the network has opened.

  2. Select a city

Narrow to a local market where the underlying records carry a city.

  3. Review professionals

Read the agent and brokerage records that match, with each record showing what it does and does not carry.

  4. Work within your access

Use what your account is permitted to use. Contact routes appear where the account holder has permitted them and your access covers them.

Why Housing Market Agent Network

Built from an existing real estate ecosystem

  • Built on an existing ecosystem

Not a directory assembled from the open web. It is built from accounts held within Housing Market Group, which operates 34 country real estate portals.

  • Confirmation, stated precisely

Each record shows which contact confirmations it carries and says what those confirmations do not cover.

  • Location-based searchPlanned

Country first, then city where the records support it.

  • Daily refreshPlanned

Designed around a once-daily synchronisation from the source systems.

  • Real estate focus

Designed around agents, brokerages and the way the industry is actually organised, not a generic business directory with a property filter.

  • Connected to the rest of the platformPlanned

Intended to work alongside the other Housing Market Group products rather than beside them.

The Housing Market Group ecosystem

One connected real estate technology ecosystem

Housing Market Agent Network is part of the wider group. Together these products connect property shoppers, agents, brokerages, developers, advertisers and real estate technology businesses.

Data quality

What the records are, and what they are not

Records are organised around countries, cities, professional profiles, brokerage names as given on the account, and account state. Where a record does not carry a field, the network leaves it out rather than filling it in.

Housing Market Group does not guarantee that every data point is complete or current, and what is available varies by country, by city and by individual record. A brokerage name, in particular, is text the account holder entered — it is not a registry identifier and should not be treated as one.

Responsible data use

Professional information, with controlled access

This is a database of real people’s professional details, and it is treated as one. Contact information is never shown to an anonymous visitor. What an account can see depends on its access, on what the record’s owner has permitted, and on the privacy rules of the market the record sits in.

Use of the network must be for legitimate professional purposes and must comply with applicable privacy, communications and marketing law, as well as Housing Market Group’s own terms. Bulk extraction, scraping and automated harvesting are not permitted uses.

API access

Agent Network data inside your own softwarePlanned

For approved integrations, the network is designed to be reachable through Housing Market API, so a partner can bring professional-network information into their own systems rather than working from an export.

Which fields an integration receives depends on its access level and on the same permissions that govern the web interface. The API surface is designed and not yet published, so there is nothing to integrate against today — a request starts a conversation, not a key.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is Housing Market Agent Network?

A professional network that gives approved businesses structured access to real estate agents and brokerages holding an account in the Housing Market Group ecosystem, organised by country and city.

Is the network available today?

Not yet. The network is in build and access is granted by request while the first markets are prepared. Requesting access puts you in the queue and tells us which market you need, which is what determines the order markets open in.

Which countries are available?

Housing Market Group operates 34 country real estate portals, and the network is being opened across that footprint market by market rather than everywhere at once. A market is offered once its professional records have been reviewed, so the list of open markets is shorter than the list of portals and will be published when the first markets open.

Can I search by country?

That is the primary journey the network is built around: choose a country, then narrow within it. Search opens with the first markets.

Can I search by city?

Where the underlying account records a city, yes. City coverage follows the data rather than the map — a city appears when accounts in it carry a usable location, and the search says so when one does not.

How often is the data updated?

The network is designed around a once-daily synchronisation from the Housing Market Group systems. That synchronisation is designed and not yet running, so no refresh cadence is in force today.

Are the professionals verified?

Housing Market Group records whether the email address on an account has been confirmed and whether the mobile number has, and the network shows which of those a record carries. It does not verify real estate licences with a regulator, run criminal background or financial checks, or certify professional qualifications, and a confirmation indicator should not be read as any of those.

What information can I see about a professional?

What a record carries varies. It may include the professional’s name, the brokerage or company named on the account, country, city, profile text, stated service area, account confirmation indicators, and a link to their Housing Market portal profile. Contact routes appear only where the account holder has permitted them and your access covers them. Where a record does not carry a field, the network leaves it out rather than filling it in.

Is contact information shown to anyone who visits?

No. Contact information is never shown to an anonymous visitor, and the restriction is enforced on the server rather than by hiding fields in the page. What an account can see depends on its access, on what the record’s owner has permitted, and on the privacy rules of the market the record sits in.

Can property developers use the network?

Yes. Identifying agent and brokerage partners in the markets a development is being sold into is one of the uses the network is designed around.

Can PropTech companies use the network?

Yes. It is built to help a real estate technology business understand and identify the professional markets relevant to its product.

Can I download or export the records?

Export is not open. If it is offered, it will be permission-controlled, rate limited and audited, because an unrestricted export of professional contact details is the failure mode this product has to avoid. Bulk extraction and scraping are not permitted uses.

Can I reach the network through an API?

It is designed to be reachable through Housing Market API for approved integrations, subject to the same permissions that govern the web interface. The API surface is not published yet, so a request starts a conversation rather than issuing a key.

Is the same data available in every country?

No. The amount and type of information varies between countries, between cities and between individual records, and some markets are not open at all.

Can I use the information for marketing?

Only within the law that applies to you and to the person you are contacting, and within Housing Market Group’s terms and data-use policies. Consent and opt-out rules for professional contact differ considerably between the markets the group operates in, and meeting them is the account holder’s responsibility.
