Qatar’s June real estate bulletin shows the market concentrated in three municipalities. Ministry of Justice data reported by local media put June transactions at QR1.692 billion across 541 deals, led by Doha, Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah.<\/p>\n
Doha recorded QR649.1 million in June transaction value, the largest municipal total. That keeps the capital at the centre of liquidity for apartments, villas and mixed-use properties, especially where buyers want access to offices, services and established infrastructure.<\/p>\n
Al Rayyan recorded QR418.4 million in transaction value and accounted for 34% of land area traded. It also matched Doha with 25% of properties sold, making it a critical indicator for lower-density residential and land demand.<\/p>\n
Al Wakrah posted QR236.2 million in transaction value and represented 23% of properties sold. Its role is different from central Doha: buyers are often weighing larger plots, newer communities and transport access against capital-city convenience.<\/p>\n
Qatar’s second-half market should be judged by whether Doha value leadership is matched by sustained Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah transaction counts. A healthy market needs both central liquidity and suburban land absorption, not only a few high-value capital-city transfers. Lusail, The Pearl and Al Wukair should be checked separately because they serve different buyer profiles.<\/p>\n
