First Sales Improved<\/h4>\n

First-sale housing rose 23.1% from June 2025 and represented 33.4% of total home sales. That gives developers a stronger June reading after a difficult May, but the January-June first-sale total was up only 0.8%.<\/p>\n

Mortgages Are Back In The Mix<\/h4>\n

Mortgaged home sales jumped 72.1% year on year to 25,993, equal to 20% of total sales. That shift matters in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir because credit availability can quickly change buyer urgency and developer campaign strategy.<\/p>\n

Foreign Sales Remain Small<\/h4>\n
